- Traditionally, My Fishing Pond, Inc. holds an annual “raffle” to raise funds for the general operating expenses. The 2009 Fundraiser which began in November was concluded on April 24th with the drawing at Fred Haar Co Inc. in Freeman SD. We definitely felt the current state of the economy but we always succeed. Because of the generosity of South Dakotans, My Fishing Pond Inc. will have another good year.

Donnelle Hoffman, Armour SD, was the winner of the Mitchell Package valued at $920.00; that ticket was drawn by Dan Viet.
Forrest Richards drew the ticket for the Sioux Falls Package. Lenny Lawrence, Lennox SD, was the winner of this package valued at $940.00.
Scott Schultz from Graham Tire in Mitchell won the Golf Outing Package valued at $774.00; Barbara Healy drew the lucky ticket. We also had 20 Bonus winners from Sioux Falls, Emery, Bridgewater, Freeman, Canistota and Mitchell.
